Gillmark Property Management Ltd have focused on investment property gaining experience and contacts since 2002. We have been focusing on managing, letting and developing commercial property within in 1 hour of Manchester, and sales of new build and off plan properties across the north west since 2004. We have since established ourselves as trusted, reliable and hard working partners fulfilling our responsibilities and commitments to both clients and suppliers.

As commercial managing agents, and residential investment selling agents we have built strong relationships with a range of similar minded people and key organisations from  large developers, to individual finance brokers. We help satisfy our customers wishes through relationships with both local sole traders and corporate professionals and our contacts help us deliver an effective and efficient service. We look to utilise the knowledge and experience of specialist surveyors, solicitors, advisers and particularly letting agents etc where possible, improving our efficiency and of course therefore, the end result. However we have the attention to detail and effort, to handle and fast track most issues resolving them as quickly as possible, before they escalate!

We consider Landlords and tenants to be ‘clients’, as well as buyers and sellers.
