The enthusiasm of the directors, combined with their experience and initiative, has allowed Gillmark Property Management to become one of the Gillmark Group of Companies, now comprising three main categories; commercial management and investment, development site acquisition and residential investment.

Our experience, contacts and position in the market has allowed us to work closely with some of the biggest investors and developers in the country. Because we know the market and the competition, we act with discretion and initiative, only being involved in off-market deals. This allows investors to benefit from the best opportunities, whilst allowing developers to benefit from a much needed service that doesn’t affect their other marketing strategies.

Gillmark Property Management was established by director Derry McCarthy, focusing on acquiring, managing and improving commercial investment property. GPM currently manages a considerable portfolio.

Gillmark Properties was established by David Stross, as an agency through which investors can make money by buying and correctly structuring the best property deals.

Gillmark Property Solutions was established to assist individuals needing to sell their property for financial reasons whilst being able to rent it back if they wish.

Gillmark Investments was established as a solution to market changes, and is directed by David Stross and Derry McCarthy. Gillmark Investments owns other trading companies.
