and do not publish them because the developers will not allow
the majority of investors to know that the discounts are available.
Often we will be able to benefit investors by being able to
secure property for them in a subsequent scheme at the same
price.
We act for the buyers, whereas traditional agents act for
the sellers. We usually charge a fee of 10% of the benefit
you achieve.

North West. Investment portfolios of off-plan prestigious
properties are available direct from developers such as City
Lofts, as well as more local apartments in Bolton, Blackburn,
Ancoats, Farnworth and Warrington. Many investments available
are city centre in Manchester, Liverpool, London and Newcastle,
