There is not enough significance placed on the quality of property management as the importance is underestimated. The financial difference in return produced by a poorly run property against a well organised can be double or more. There can also be considerable redevelopment potential in sites and sometimes it takes a fresh eye to spot them. If you have any property that you would consider selling, please let us know.
